Akcja stroiki świąteczne w „Tęczowej Krainie”

Waiting for Christmas, on 11.12.2020, the pre-school education teachers and children from “The Rainbow Land” Private Kindergarten made beautiful Christmas wreaths.

During the workshops the kindergarten classroom became a real artistic studio and the children turned into small artists. The classes at a table full of spruce twigs, cones, baubles, ribbons, bows, dried oranges, cinnamon were extremely attractive to pre-schoolers and their carers, who eagerly created their own ornaments. Each participant of the workshop will be able to take home their own handmade Christmas wreath.

Santa Claus preparation of Christmas decorations

On 07.12.2020, in “The Rainbow Land” Private Kindergarten in Dąbrowa Górnicza, we performed another Santa Claus event, in which all children were decorating red hats with a white pompom.

They decorated them with stickers, cotton wool, knitting wool, crepe paper, ribbons, bows, etc.

Beautifully decorated hats are great for doing up a flat, festive table preparation and even for hanging up on a Christmas tree.

And Christmas is just around the corner…

Santa’s exchange action

Ho! Ho! Ho!

As announced on December 3, 2020. in hours 10.00 – 14.00, at the marketplace in Dąbrowa Górnicza, we conducted a Santa Claus exchange action.

As part of the action, it was possible to bring unnecessary puzzles, books, stuffed animals and exchange for another thing.

The whole action was led by our reliable Santa, who gave all the things brought a second life, and at the same time caused big smiles on the faces of small and large participants. 😀

Good better beginnings :D

After eleven trainings carried out so far, we are sure that all our project participants have caught the love of sport and have willingly started to change their lifestyle. Fascinated by the effects of changing sports and eating habits, they try to instill this love in their family members and friends with full commitment. They have already informed us about their first successes. Some of our athletes decided to create groups of volunteers with friends from the estates where they live to practice the known sports on the other days of the week. We know that two groups successfully implement an additional systematic training program.

We are glad that the idea of our project is spreading in such a dynamic way, and this is just the beginning?

Teddy Bear Day is today

On the occasion of Teddy Bear Day – the most important celebration of fluffy friends for all children – The SMART Foundation for Education organized ecological workshops.

The workshops were attended by 40 pupils from “The Rainbow Land” Private Kindergarten in Dąbrowa Górnicza – Strzemieszyce.

During the workshops, children in individual groups (Owls, Kittens, Bunnies) made a teddy bear from paper and then decorated it with eco-friendly materials. In addition, they prepared an ecological teddy bear mask, which each preschooler took home.

The first 3 trainings are already behind us

Each of our groups has already completed its first 3 trainings.

We conduct trainings in the vicinity of Turawskie lakes. The charming landscape, silence and a large selection of routes among forests, lakes and fields to avoid the crowds of walkers turned out to be the perfect choice.

The trainer acquainted all participants with the basic rules of safe sports practice. He got acquainted with the level of physical endurance and the current sports and eating habits of our participants and adjusted the training program so that each participant was able to implement it.

We will share with you our impressions and views on an ongoing basis in the form of short photo reports.

Keep your fingers crossed with us for the persistence and success of our future fitlife fans! ?

Further trainings and workshops on time management and coping with stress

We are not slowing down!

Ba! Our participants endure the calm but systematic raising the bar of requirements set by the trainer very well.

Joint trainings also result in strengthening the relationship between the participants.

In addition, on October 15, we organized workshops on time management and coping with stress for our participants. In the era of the prevailing pandemic, they turned out to be extremely helpful.

Moreover, our athletes have learned that changing their lifestyle, maintaining good physical condition, healthy eating, regular sleep and proper time management are elementary stress-reducing factors. The beauty that surrounds us during each nature activity also makes an invaluable contribution.

So little – and the effects are huge. ?

Try also you! ?

The psychologist provided the workshop participants with a whole range of knowledge necessary to make each day better, calmer and more beautiful.

We have received a declaration from all our new fitlife enthusiasts that we will introduce further changes.

At the moment, we are seeing more positive effects than we expected.

Keep it up! ?

Today we celebrate international literacy day❗️???

Every day we don’t even think about how lucky we are to have the ability to write and read.

So let’s think that in the world more than 773 million adults are not that lucky.

Moreover, they have very limited opportunities to improve their literacy level, and some don’t have them at all.

This day is not only intended to draw people’s attention around the world to the problem of access to literacy, but also to remind them of the importance of being literate. Every member of our society should have access to learning these skills as an indispensable element of human dignity and rights.

We have to remember that education is the fundamental pillar of our society. Therefore let us always support education together

Be SMART
