The last campaign of the DEDAC project

A recent campaign created during the DEDAC project was devoted to increasing the awareness of young women about their rights and what they should fight for. The campaign had one very important message: “My body is my choice.” The rally campaign was aimed at making women aware of the possibility of fighting for their rights by organizing public discussions and talks on many levels and with many institutions. The campaign would be an attempt to influence many entities in order to change the mind about abortion.

Main slogans:

  • Every child should be wanted.
  • Every woman should be able to decide for herself.
  • Women should say: “My body, my choice.”
  • Other stakeholders should say: “Her body, her choice.”

Below we present the graphics for this campaign and the action related to the hashtag # mojeciałomójwybor in many languages.

Project DEDAC and our “Digital advocacy campaign”!

We still remember with pleasure our trip from the DEDAC project to Naples organized by the Akira organization. During this trip, seminars on topics related to the “Digital advocacy campaign” were held. The main activity during the trip was the creation of digital campaigns.
As these were very interesting works, we want to share them with you.
We take group number one first.
The main problem they wanted to deal with was the lack of sufficient health care workers, which tried to help and save every life during the pandemic.
The plan was to present the problem to a group of young people and medical students all over Europe and finally encourage them to take courses, thanks to which they could volunteer to support medical care on many levels.
The main slogan of this campaign was: Every life counts, save one today.
Additionally, group 1 created the following graphics for their campaigns.

On July 13, 2021. The group of “Smurfs” and “Skrzats” of the Non-Public Nursery and Kindergarten “Children’s World” in Siewierz participated in the first trip to the Education Center of the Siewierz Forest District. The bus ride itself was a great attraction for preschoolers.
On site, all participants were greeted by Piotr, forester, Tomek, and two lovely interns. At the beginning, employees of the Siewierz Forest District conducted a talk with preschoolers on ecology, the environment and caring for nature. Later, the foresters showed the children exhibits of animals and birds at the Center. Children listened to and recognized the sounds of animals, recognized them by traces. They could have stamped animal stamps. They arranged a hedgehog from puzzles.
Preschoolers were most interested in a walk along the educational path, where children could see a pasture, a nest box, a hunting pulpit, and wonderful trees.

Pre-holiday exchange action

It has become a tradition to carry out an exchange of clothes at least once a month in the company “Szofa” in Dąbrowa. This time the action took place on July 2, 2021. This is a great time to clean up wardrobes before the holidays, for the benefit of the planet.

During the action, it was possible to replace unwanted clothes, shoes or accessories. The things brought by the inhabitants for exchange were fashionable and well-known brands. There was definitely a lot to choose from.

Replacing clothes, often referred to as eco-wardrobe, is an idea doomed to success, an opportunity to socialize, donate unnecessary clothes and get new ones without having to spend money. Of course, it is important that things are of good quality.

The exchange of things is part of the series of ecological activities undertaken in the project “Give your things a second life”

World Oceans Day – workshops for preschoolers

On the occasion of the World Oceans Day, preschoolers from the Private Nursery and Kindergarten “Świat Dzieci” in Siewierz participated in a chat and workshops on the protection of the marine environment and wildlife. These activities were a great opportunity to remember how to protect our planet’s water resources at a time when they are facing a number of problems such as pollution, overfishing and climate change.
On this day, i.e. June 11, 2021, the group of Smurfs and Skrzats of the above-mentioned kindergartens were very eager to make sea animals, i.e. fish, starfish, octopus, seahorses. During the classes, preschoolers creatively used wallpaper scraps in various patterns, colors and even structures, giving the wallpaper a second life. Fantastic sea animals were created, and their authors surprised us with creativity and a creative approach to the task.
We would like to thank all the wonderful participants for the wonderful atmosphere and creative fun that resulted in these beautifully decorated sea animals. Anyway, see for yourself!
