Soap workshops

On August 19, 2021 at Free soap workshops for children and teenagers took place at 10.00 in the Municipal and Communal Center of Culture, Sport and Tourism in Siewierz.
20 people participated in the classes. During the workshops, the participants learned about the principles and processes of producing ecological soap from a glycerin base, dyes and aromas. Each participant could, at his own discretion, create two copies of this cosmetic. The soaps were made of natural bases and ingredients, essential and fragrance oils and special dyes. Additionally, delicacies, seeds, dried flowers, spices, coffee beans and others were dipped in soaps. Ready-made, colorful and beautifully scented soaps were taken home with them.
The workshops on creating natural cosmetics and zero waste are intended for all people who want to function a little more ecologically.
We would like to thank all participants for their nice time and invite you to the next meetings.

Santa’s exchange action

Ho! Ho! Ho!

As announced on December 3, 2020. in hours 10.00 – 14.00, at the marketplace in Dąbrowa Górnicza, we conducted a Santa Claus exchange action.

As part of the action, it was possible to bring unnecessary puzzles, books, stuffed animals and exchange for another thing.

The whole action was led by our reliable Santa, who gave all the things brought a second life, and at the same time caused big smiles on the faces of small and large participants. 😀

Good better beginnings :D

After eleven trainings carried out so far, we are sure that all our project participants have caught the love of sport and have willingly started to change their lifestyle. Fascinated by the effects of changing sports and eating habits, they try to instill this love in their family members and friends with full commitment. They have already informed us about their first successes. Some of our athletes decided to create groups of volunteers with friends from the estates where they live to practice the known sports on the other days of the week. We know that two groups successfully implement an additional systematic training program.

We are glad that the idea of our project is spreading in such a dynamic way, and this is just the beginning?

Action exchange “Replace the soft toy”

On November 26, 2020 at the “Tęczowa Kraina” Private Kindergarten in Dąbrowa Górnicza, ul. Legionów Polskich 67 among preschoolers there was an exchange action called “Replace the plushie”. The children brought, chose and exchanged teddy bears among themselves.

The interest in the action was great, and even more stuffed animals. 🙂 🙂 🙂

The first 3 trainings are already behind us

Each of our groups has already completed its first 3 trainings.

We conduct trainings in the vicinity of Turawskie lakes. The charming landscape, silence and a large selection of routes among forests, lakes and fields to avoid the crowds of walkers turned out to be the perfect choice.

The trainer acquainted all participants with the basic rules of safe sports practice. He got acquainted with the level of physical endurance and the current sports and eating habits of our participants and adjusted the training program so that each participant was able to implement it.

We will share with you our impressions and views on an ongoing basis in the form of short photo reports.

Keep your fingers crossed with us for the persistence and success of our future fitlife fans! ?
