Together with seniors, we remain on the topic of online shopping, however, we constantly raise the bar of knowledge of our participants, which is why during the last classes we also took a closer look at the safety of these purchases. We introduced the participants to one of the most popular shopping platforms. Issues such as:
- create an account
- searching for specific offers
- using filters on the site
- searching for opinions about the product and the seller
- what are the payment options
- what are the shipping options
- security on the platform
Seniors were satisfied with the opportunities offered by the shopping platform and with the information obtained about safety while shopping.
