American cuisine is known all over the world. It is often associated mainly with hard-to-digest and high-calorie dishes. It is characterized not only by diversity, but above all by the speed and simplicity of preparing dishes.
Burgers, hot dogs, fries, fried chicken, pancakes and apple pies are some of the American dishes that are popular in almost every country. The richness of this cuisine is the lack of imposed rules according to which specific dishes should be prepared.
On Friday afternoon, i.e. on October 21, 2022. seniors participated in American cuisine workshops under the project “World on a plate” No. 2021-2- PL01-ESC30-SOL-000040182. During the workshops, the menu was as follows:
– corn soup,
– mini burgers,
– lemon tart.
During the course, participants learned about new flavors and recipes of American cuisine. The atmosphere at the workshop was very nice and cheerful. Everyone gathered was extremely pleased.
