The project is designed to combat the phenomenon of body shaming and support people struggling with overweight. We want young people struggling with such problems to change their attitude towards themselves and love their body just as it is. We plan to start the fight against this phenomenon by educating young people through meetings with a psychologist, dietitian and trainer, as well as through sports and culinary workshops. The project will also create a guide on topics related to body shaiming and body positive, as well as a calendar with culinary recipes on 2024 year.
