Last week, as part of the “World on a plate” project no. 2021-2-PL01-ESC30-SOL000040182, a meeting of seniors with a dietitian was held.
The aim of the meeting was to draw attention to proper nutrition, a healthy lifestyle and a diet adapted for the elderly.
During the classes, the dietitian tried to answer the following questions:
- what does a healthy diet look like?
- how to choose a good diet so that it becomes a lifestyle and not a compulsion?
- how to properly adjust the menu to improve physical condition?
Each of the participants received a lot of valuable tips that will help seniors introduce proper nutrition principles to their menu, which will positively affect their health and well-being. Seniors willingly asked questions and shared their experiences related to eating habits.
