On September 11, 2023, children from the Tigers group attending the Public Kindergarten. Winnie the Pooh in Sarn\u00f3w took part in the National Campaign “Hug a Tree”. The aim of the campaign was to teach children respect for nature, sensitivity and the ability to draw positive energy from contact with nature. Children participating in the campaign learned through various types of activities – talks, lectures, an educational film entitled “Tree” about how to take care of nature. The culmination of all activities was an art work made by preschoolers titled: “I love the tree.” A walk together allowed all curious children to touch, smell and hug the trees growing in the kindergarten square.<\/p>\n

Preschoolers also became familiar with the concept of tree therapy, i.e. green energy from trees that has a calming effect on our behavior.<\/p>\n

The workshops were organized as part of the project \u201eLittle with age, but big with eco-heart!\u201d project number: 2022-3-PL01-ESC30-SOL-000097905.<\/p>\n
