As part of our project “Young in spirit” No. 2022-2-PL01-ESC30-SOL-000091172, our seniors expand their knowledge of physical culture, which makes them more and more efficient.<\/p>\n
We are proud of the fact that the number of practicing participants is constantly growing and is approaching twenty people. For those who are still wondering whether to join us, we assure you that there will be plenty of room. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
Seniors are still practicing in the large gym, but the spring aura is slowly spreading to us and we can’t wait for outdoor activities. The willingness and smile with which our pupils join the exercises motivates them to organize further activities.<\/p>\n
During the last class, each participant received sets of gymnastic exercises, which they can also use at home.<\/p>\n
