Ukrainian cuisine is extremely rich in various flavors due to the influence of culture and religion
\nand geographical location of Ukraine. It’s a simple kitchen born out of poverty.<\/p>\n
For individual dishes, products are used that the vast majority of average Ukrainians can grow or hunt on their own. On Ukrainian tables we find dishes based on flour, mushrooms, fish, vegetables, sauerkraut, meat, cucumbers, and buckwheat. Potatoes, called the second bread, are the basis of most dishes.<\/p>\n
On September 30, 2022. seniors prepared Ukrainian specialties during culinary workshops carried out as part of the project “World on a plate” project no.: 2021-2-PL01-ESC30-SOL-000040182.<\/p>\n
The main course was a cauldron, i.e. baked potatoes with kefir. The dish that the participants of the workshop really enjoyed were potatoes stuffed in a peasant way.
\nUkrainian cuisine workshops ended with a sweet dessert, i.e. Ukrainian cheesecakes.<\/p>\n
