In May, seniors as part of the project “The world on the plate” – 2021-2-PL01-ESC30-SOL-000040182 participated in the Greek cuisine culinary workshops. This cuisine is considered to be one of the tastiest cuisines in the world. It is healthy and delights our palates. It is dominated by Mediterranean flavors, healthy products, simple recipes and unusual spices. The characteristic features of Greek cuisine are the extensive use of olive oil, mutton and various types of vegetables. During the culinary workshops, the following were prepared:<\/p>\n
