According to WHO data, depression affects over 300 million people, regardless of age, sex, education or social position. Poor mental condition, including emotional problems and difficulties in understanding oneself over time, lead to psychosomatic dysfunctions, which in extreme cases lead to social exclusion. Depression is a disease of the body and spirit, a sick person requires multidimensional perception due to numerous comorbid symptoms, including somatic ones.<\/p>\n<p>This month we plan to organize:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>meetings with a psychologist,<\/li>\n<li>workshops &#8211;
