Classes were conducted as part of the &#8220;E-Senior&#8221; project &#8211; 2020-3-PL01-ESC31-094902.<\/p>\n<p>A group of 16 people aged 60+ participated in the classes. During the classes, Seniors learned and consolidated the previously acquired practical skills of navigating the Internet, i.e .:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>setting up e-mail and sending e-mail messages to each other;<\/li>\n<li>searching for information about the weather for the next few days;<\/li>\n<li>getting acquainted with the operation of the Allegro auction website;<\/li>\n<li>making on-line reservations for the next concert at the Silesian Philharmonic in Katowice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The computer workshops were conducted by Ms Karolina, who has extensive work experience<br \/>\nwith seniors. A team of volunteers helped the Seniors participating in the activities. The training took place in a nice, friendly atmosphere, which made learning easier and helped to break down barriers. The lecturer adjusted the level and pace to the needs and possibilities of the Seniors.
